I just spoke with a live help agent at e-bay, and read the policy change on sellers accepting money orders. . E-bay is not totally stopping money order payments to sellers. If a buyer asks to pay with a money order, the seller can accept the money order, if he or she wishes. The seller just cannot advertise that they accept money orders. If you click on the above link which describes the policy change, and read the entire article, you will see this explained. I have always paid for merchandise with a money order, I do not give my banking info to anyone online. I also thought money order payment was being totally stopped before i spoke to e-bay live help, and read the new policy link. , money orders will still be accepted as payment on e-bay.So all is not lost for those of us who pay with money orders.
